Inspection and testing

Politex NN JSC has its own Testing Laboratory for  inspection and testing of final product quality, as well as incoming stock & raw materials.

This Laboratory is equipped with various test equipment, measuring instruments and test benches, which enable the sample impact bending and abrasion tests; determine humidity, water absorption, mass variation after exposure to corrosive media, hardness, as well as tensile strength and tensile elongation of various materials

It also conduct temperature tests of  material and product samples within the temperature range from -70 to +350 °C, as well as tensile and compression, tearing and bending tests.

This Laboratory has been equipped with special test bench for impact tests of thread protectors.
